The study aimed to examine the impact of change management, through its strategic, structural, technological, cultural, and human resource dimensions, on enhancing organizational performance at Kura General Hospital in Marib Governorate. It also assessed the levels of change management practices and organizational performance at the hospital.

The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach, using a questionnaire to collect data from a study population of 533 employees. A total of 224 questionnaires were distributed, of which 220 valid responses were retrieved and statistically analyzed using SPSS.

The findings revealed a statistically significant impact of change management, through its dimensions collectively, on organizational performance, with the change management dimensions explaining approximately 48.6% of the variance in organizational performance. The cultural dimension made the greatest contribution to explaining organizational performance, followed by the technological dimension.

The study found that both the level of change management practices and the level of organizational performance at the hospital were high. The researcher recommended maintaining the current level of organizational performance, continuing to implement balanced change management programs, prioritizing the cultural dimension in institutional development plans, further developing systems and technologies, and strengthening employee participation in change processes.

At the conclusion of the session, the Thesis Examination Committee approved the thesis and recommended awarding the researcher a Master’s degree in Business Administration, subject to incorporating the proposed minor amendments, praising the study’s importance, the researcher’s efforts, and its academic contribution.
