Program Mission
The Ph.D. Program in Accounting aims to contribute to meeting the needs of local and regional financial and business organizations by producing graduates equipped with professional and general knowledge and skills, through an appropriate learning environment and the provision of human, organizational, and financial resources, in accordance with standards of quality, scientific research, and social responsibility.
Program Objectives
Provide students with advanced knowledge in the field of accounting and enable them to understand modern concepts and standards related to the discipline.
Enable students to effectively interact with developments in the business environment.
Equip students with the practical skills required for contemporary business organizations.
Develop students’ professional, behavioral, and research capacities to prepare them for academic and professional leadership.
Admission and Registration Requirements
The admission requirements for the Ph.D. Program in Accounting are as follows:
The applicant must hold a Master’s degree in Accounting from a recognized university with a grade of no less than Very Good.
Successful completion of the competitive entrance examinations.
A formal commitment to comply with the regulations, rules, and policies of the Academy in force during the period of study.
