The Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research inaugurates the First Scientific Seminar on preparing master’s research plans and theses.

Prof. Dr. Khaled Basaleem, Deputy Minister of Higher Education for Educational Affairs, inaugurated the First Scientific Seminar on preparing master’s research plans and theses, organized by the Arab Academy for Administrative, Financial and Banking Sciences in Aden for students who have completed their coursework and reached the stage of registering their master’s theses.

The Deputy Minister expressed his appreciation to the Academy for its focus on the quality of scientific theses, praising its role through its specialized programs and qualified staff in providing society with distinguished competencies widely recognized.

He also listened to students’ feedback on the educational process and encouraged them to continue striving and working hard.

The Dean of the Academy, Prof. Dr. Abdulqader Al-Abbadi, welcomed the Deputy Minister and all attendees, emphasizing the importance of improving scientific theses and linking academic research with society and development needs.

The main themes of the seminar were presented by Prof. Dr. Abdulqader Al-Abbadi and Dr. Iskander Hassan, Head of the Department of Administrative Sciences, where they reviewed the procedures for master’s thesis registration, identifying research gaps, and preparing research proposals and scientific theses.
