Director of the Arab Academy's Yemen Branch Receives the Chief Executive Officer of the Aden Gulf Ports Corporation

Prof. Dr. Murad Mohammed Al-Nashmi, Director of the Yemen Branch of the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences, received Dr. Mohammed Alawi Amzarbah, Chief Executive Officer of the Yemen Aden Gulf Ports Corporation, at the Academy's headquarters in Aden on Wednesday, 1 January 2025, during a visit aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two institutions.

During the meeting, both parties discussed opportunities to enhance their partnership in the areas of training, professional development, capacity building, and human capital development, in addition to exploring ways to further expand cooperation between the two organizations.

The Chief Executive Officer praised the Academy's vital role in preparing highly qualified professionals, emphasizing the Corporation's commitment to strengthening its partnership with the Academy in support of national development objectives.

For his part, the Director of the Academy's Yemen Branch expressed his appreciation for the visit and reaffirmed the Academy's commitment to supporting the Corporation through specialized training and professional development programs that contribute to enhancing the institution's performance and strengthening the capabilities of its workforce.

The visit reflects the ongoing efforts of both parties to strengthen cooperation between the Academy and the business sector in a manner that serves the broader community. It is worth noting that the two institutions had previously signed a cooperation agreement, which has been actively implemented over the past few months.

The meeting was also attended by Mr. Mohammed Abu Sabaa, Secretary General of the Academy's Yemen Branch, and Dr. Saqr Zain Al-Abidin, Deputy Director General of Internal Audit at the Corporation.
