The Arab Academy for Management, Banking, and Financial Sciences – Yemen Branch launched, on Sunday, June 14, 2026, a specialized training program titled “Excellence in Service Delivery in the Academic Environment,” targeting its administrative staff.
The program is part of the Academy’s efforts to promote institutional excellence, enhance the quality of administrative performance, invest in human capital, and develop the capabilities of its staff, thereby contributing to improving service efficiency, enhancing beneficiaries’ experience, and fostering a culture of quality within the academic work environment.
The program is organized by the Academy’s Institute of Administrative, Financial and Banking Training and delivered by trainer Sami Al-Banna. It aims to develop participants’ knowledge and skills in educational and administrative service marketing, institutional communication, and improving beneficiaries’ experience, in addition to introducing professional best practices.
At the opening of the program, Prof. Dr. Murad Mohammed Al-Nashmi, Director of the Academy’s Branch, emphasized the important role played by administrative staff in strengthening the institution’s position and achieving its strategic objectives. He noted that service quality and approaches to dealing with beneficiaries are key factors in the success of educational institutions and the sustainability of their excellence.
He also affirmed the Academy’s commitment to developing its human resources as a fundamental pillar for achieving effective institutional performance, noting that the program is part of ongoing efforts to enhance staff skills, alongside other training courses and workshops targeting academic staff, which contribute to improving the quality of the educational and research processes and their outcomes.
The program covers several training topics, including effective communication skills in the academic environment, first-impression management, internal marketing strategies for services, and improving beneficiaries’ experience. It also includes practical workshops and simulation exercises based on real-life scenarios.
The program is part of a series of training and development initiatives implemented by the Academy to enhance the quality of its academic and administrative services and achieve integration between academic excellence and institutional efficiency.
