Director of the Arab Academy's Yemen Branch Discusses Cooperation Opportunities with the President of the Association of Certified Public Accountants

Prof. Dr. Murad Mohammed Al-Nashmi, Director of the Yemen Branch of the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences, received Mr. Abdullah Bajrash, President of the Association of Certified Public Accountants, at the Academy's headquarters in Aden to discuss opportunities for mutual cooperation and strengthening partnership in the fields of accounting training and professional development.

During the meeting, both parties discussed ways to benefit from the Academy's academic and training programs in finance and accounting to meet labor market needs, in addition to organizing specialized workshops and training courses aimed at enhancing the skills of certified public accountants.

The Director of the Academy's Yemen Branch emphasized the importance of this cooperation in enhancing the competencies of accounting professionals in line with the latest developments in the financial and accounting sectors. He added that the meeting reflects the Academy's commitment to building effective partnerships with professional organizations to strengthen the capabilities of accounting professionals and provide specialized training programs that meet market demands.

He further noted that the Academy is committed to offering the latest curricula and methodologies in accounting and finance, contributing to the preparation of certified public accountants in accordance with international standards. He stressed that cooperation with the Association of Certified Public Accountants represents an important step toward achieving these objectives.

For his part, the President of the Association praised the Academy's role in developing professional talent and expressed his aspiration to strengthen cooperation in a way that contributes to the advancement of this important sector.

The meeting was attended on behalf of the Arab Academy by Mr. Mohammed Abu Sabaa, Secretary General of the Academy's Yemen Branch, and Mr. Ahmed Maqbool, Director of the Training Institute. Representing the Association were Dr. Ali Bawazeer, Secretary General of the Association, Dr. Hikmat Salah, Technical Officer, Dr. Nader Shamshir, Registration Officer, and Mr. Yahya Al-Tawili, Financial Officer.
