Bazrah Development Charitable Foundation Launches Competitive Examinations for the “Bader” Scholarship Program in Collaboration with the Arab Academy
The Bazrah Development Charitable Foundation, in collaboration with the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences (AAMBFS) – Aden Branch, officially launched the competitive entrance examinations for the “Bader” Scholarship Program on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at the Academy’s campus in Aden. The examinations are being conducted to select applicants for the Academy’s undergraduate programs for the 2025/2026 academic year.
During the launch, Prof. Dr. Murad Mohammed Al-Nashmi, Director of the Academy’s Yemen Branch, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Abdulqader Mohammed Al-Abbadi, Dean of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, and Dr. Tawfiq Mahdi Barahmah, Dean of the College – Aden, together with Mr. Omar Haddar, Director of the Foundation’s Aden Office, and Mr. Masaad Ali, Director of the Bazrah University Student Residence, visited the examination halls to observe the testing process. The Academy’s Director received a detailed briefing from the Foundation’s representative on the scholarship selection procedures, emphasizing the transparency, fairness, and integrity of the evaluation process.
This year, applicants are competing for a total of ten scholarships under the Bader Scholarship Program, including seven scholarships funded by the Bazrah Development Charitable Foundation and three scholarships provided by the Arab Academy. The initiative reflects the strong partnership between the two institutions in supporting higher education and contributing to community development.
The Bader Scholarship Program is part of the Foundation’s ongoing efforts to support education, empower young people, and strengthen its collaboration with the Academy in providing high-quality educational opportunities in the fields of management, finance, and banking. The program aims to prepare qualified young professionals capable of making meaningful contributions to the country's economic and social development.
Both the Bazrah Development Charitable Foundation and the Arab Academy reaffirmed that this initiative reflects their shared commitment to advancing higher education and supporting talented students. The Director of the Foundation’s Aden Branch also emphasized that the Bader Scholarship Program serves as a platform for academic excellence, helping young people develop their potential and equipping them to contribute to a brighter and more prosperous future.
