Prof. Dr. Al-Khader Nasser Lasour, President of the University of Aden, met today at the University Presidency Headquarters with Prof. Dr. Murad Mohammed Al-Nashmi, Director of the Yemen Branch of the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences (AAMBFS), as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen academic partnerships and expand institutional collaboration between the University of Aden and the Arab Academy.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed opportunities for cooperation in scientific research, academic exchange, and the implementation of joint research initiatives that contribute to community development and support sustainable development goals. They also explored the possibility of jointly organizing international scientific conferences to highlight the role of Yemeni universities and specialized academic institutions at both the regional and international levels while enhancing their presence within the global academic community.

Prof. Dr. Murad Mohammed Al-Nashmi reaffirmed the Academy's commitment to expanding its partnership with the University of Aden, describing it as one of Yemen's oldest and most distinguished universities. He praised the University's pioneering role in serving the community and supporting sustainable development through education, research, and innovation.

For his part, Prof. Dr. Al-Khader Nasser Lasour welcomed the visit and commended the Arab Academy's contributions in the fields of training, professional development, and scientific research. He emphasized the University's openness to broader cooperation that enriches the academic environment and enables researchers and students to keep pace with the latest scientific and technological developments.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties agreed to establish practical mechanisms for strengthening their collaboration in ways that benefit researchers and students while enhancing the national and international standing of both institutions.

The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Abdulhakim Al-Tamimi, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, and Prof. Dr. Khaled Al-Suwaidi, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, representing the University of Aden, and by Prof. Dr. Abdulqader Mohammed Al-Abbadi, Dean of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, representing the Arab Academy.
