Held under the patronage of H.E. Prof. Dr. Khaled Ahmed Al-Wasabi, Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research, Technical Education and Vocational Training, the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences (AAMBFS) concluded the Second Human Resources and Training Forum on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, in Aden. The two-day forum was held under the theme:

"Human Creativity and Artificial Intelligence... A Synergy Reshaping Human Resource Management."

The forum aimed to strengthen partnerships between the private sector, civil society organizations, and higher education institutions to advance human resource development as a strategic driver of national economic growth. It also sought to promote practical solutions to the challenges facing institutions, organizations, companies, and banks, thereby contributing to sustainable economic and social development, stability, and prosperity.

The second day featured a panel discussion titled "Human Resource Development as a Driver of the National Economy," with contributions from Prof. Dr. Murad Mohammed Al-Nashmi, Prof. Dr. Adel Abdulmajeed, Prof. Dr. Shadi Basurrah, Prof. Dr. Fahmi Fararah, and Prof. Dr. Najat Jamaan.

The program also included two keynote presentations. The first, "From Traditional Systems to Smart Solutions: Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management," was delivered by Prof. Dr. Abdulqader Mohammed Al-Abbadi. The second, "Big Data Analytics in Recruitment and Strategic Human Resource Planning," was presented virtually by Eng. Nafil Mahmoud from Luleå University in Sweden.

The sessions were followed by an open discussion with participants, resulting in a number of valuable recommendations aimed at promoting innovation and advancement in human resources and training. Participants also emphasized the importance of strengthening collaboration between the private sector, higher education institutions, and technical education providers to modernize academic programs, align them with labor market needs, and enhance life skills training to better prepare the workforce for future challenges.

At the closing ceremony, the Academy honored the forum's sponsors with commemorative shields in recognition of their valuable contribution to the success of the event. Certificates of participation were also presented to attendees in appreciation of their engagement and active participation.

The forum brought together a distinguished group of local and international experts, academics, and professionals in the fields of human resources and training, representing government entities, private sector organizations, and higher education institutions.
