The Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences (AAMBFS) – Aden Branch has officially launched its peer-reviewed scientific journal, the Arab Journal of Management, Banking and Financial Studies (AJMBFS), marking a significant milestone in strengthening its academic and research presence at both the national and international levels.

The journal is assigned an International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) and is indexed in internationally recognized databases, including Crossref and the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), enhancing its global visibility, credibility, and citation potential.

The journal aims to promote scientific research by publishing high-quality, peer-reviewed studies across a wide range of disciplines, contributing to knowledge advancement and supporting sustainable development.

In a related development, the Academy announced that it is in the final stages of preparations to launch several new bachelor's degree programs in specialized fields designed to meet the evolving needs of local and regional labor markets while supporting sustainable development goals. These innovative programs have been developed based on comprehensive labor market studies and aligned with emerging international trends to maximize their impact on the economy and society.

During the launch ceremony, Prof. Dr. Murad Mohammed Al-Nashmi, Director of the Academy's Yemen Branch, emphasized that these initiatives are part of the Academy's strategic vision to expand its educational and academic services while enhancing the quality of higher education and scientific research.

He stated:

"The launch of this peer-reviewed scientific journal reflects the Academy's commitment to advancing scientific research and providing a trusted platform for postgraduate students, researchers, and academics to publish their work in an internationally recognized scholarly environment. We are committed to making the journal a platform that combines academic excellence with a strong focus on sustainable development."

He added:

"The Academy is also preparing to launch a range of innovative bachelor's degree programs in modern disciplines that respond to labor market demands. Through these programs, we aim to equip a new generation of professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to contribute effectively to Yemen's and the region's economic and social development."

The launch ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Abdulqader Mohammed Al-Abbadi, Dean of the College – Aden, Mr. Mohammed Hussein Abu Sabaa, Secretary General of the Academy's Yemen Branch, heads of academic departments, the Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Officer, and a number of faculty members.
