In a pioneering initiative aimed at empowering the next generation with the tools of the future, the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences (AAMBFS) organized a specialized training workshop yesterday, Tuesday, titled "Choose Your University Major with the Help of Artificial Intelligence."

The workshop was delivered by Prof. Dr. Abdulqader Mohammed Al-Abbadi, Professor of Artificial Intelligence and Dean of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at the Academy. It attracted a large number of recent high school graduates who showed great enthusiasm for learning how artificial intelligence can support informed decisions about their academic and professional futures.

The workshop was designed to move beyond traditional academic advising by introducing an interactive and practical approach that leverages AI-powered tools to help students identify their interests, strengths, and career aspirations. Participants received hands-on training in using intelligent personality assessment platforms, interacting with advanced AI language models, and creating customized AI assistants to explore university majors, compare academic pathways, and evaluate future career opportunities based on evolving labor market trends.

The event featured a highly interactive learning environment, where students actively participated in practical exercises, including the creation of their own "Smart Major Map." This personalized framework connected their personality assessment results with recommended academic disciplines, required competencies, and potential career paths. Participants were also introduced to practical AI tools they can continue using to monitor future job market trends and develop the skills needed for long-term career success.

Commenting on the initiative, Prof. Dr. Murad Mohammed Al-Nashmi, Director of the Academy's Yemen Branch, stated:
