Conclusion of the "Crisis Management" Training Program for the Leadership of the Gulf of Aden Ports Corporation

The specialized "Crisis Management" training program for a number of leaders of the Gulf of Aden Ports Corporation concluded on Tuesday, 12 November 2024, in Aden, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Murad Mohammed Al-Nashmi, Director of the Yemen Branch of the Arab Academy for Management, Banking and Financial Sciences.

During the program's opening ceremony, Dr. Mohammed Alawi Amzarbah, Chief Executive Officer of the Gulf of Aden Ports Corporation, commended the Arab Academy for its distinguished training programs and highly qualified experts. He emphasized the importance of the program for the Corporation's leadership and staff, encouraging participants to make the most of the training opportunity.

For his part, Prof. Dr. Murad Al-Nashmi congratulated the participants on successfully completing the specialized training program, reaffirming the Academy's commitment to delivering high-quality training programs for institutions, companies, and banks to strengthen the capabilities of professionals across various sectors. He added that the training programs provided to the Gulf of Aden Ports Corporation are being implemented as part of the cooperation agreement signed between the two parties, which focuses on capacity building for the Corporation's employees.

The closing ceremony and certificate presentation were attended, on behalf of the Arab Academy, by Mr. Ahmed Maqbool, Director of the Institute of Administrative, Financial, and Banking Training. Representing the Gulf of Aden Ports Corporation were Mr. Nazir Hassan, Director of the Legal Department, and Captain Faiz Ahmed, Director of the Corporation's Training Center.

The participants expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to attend the program and thanked both the Arab Academy and the Gulf of Aden Ports Corporation for organizing this valuable training initiative for the Corporation's leadership.
