أهداف البرنامج:

Program objectives

1. To develop a systematic understanding of relevant knowledge and a critical awareness of current issues at the forefront of project management and their application to all aspects of organizations commissioning, managing or delivering projects.

2. To enable students to develop high-level knowledge in a range of project-related disciplines that will enable the development of a project management culture.

3. To enable students to apply project management principles in a strategic and business management context and provide them with an opportunity to focus on aspects of Project Management relevant to their backgrounds, cultures, interests and career aspirations.

4. To provide successful candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge to deal with complex project management issues as practitioners by transferring the concepts and experience gained from the course into work place situations

5. Provide students with critical and evaluative perspectives of the theory and practice of project management and develop their capacity for independent and self-reflective learning, ensuring their future contribution to ethical and sustainable research and development

شروط القبول والتسجيل:

• يشترط للقبول في تخصصات برامج الماجستير في قسم العلوم الإدارية أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على:
  • درجة البكالوريوس بتقدير جيد على الأقل من الكليات الآتية: التجارة والاقتصاد، العلوم الإدارية والمالية والمصرفية أو درجة البكالوريوس من أي كلية أخرى شريطة اجتياز المقررات الاستدراكية التي تحددها الأكاديمية.
  • أو درجة الدبلوم العالي من الأكاديمية العربية للعلوم الإدارية والمالية والمصرفية بمعدل 75% على الأقل وأن لا يكون معدل الطالب مقبول في البكالوريوس.
  • التعهد بالإلتزام بأنظمة وتعليمات ولوائح الأكاديمية السارية أثناء الدراسة

الخطة الدراسية:

•  يبلغ عدد الساعات الدراسية في برنامج الماجستير (30) ساعة معتمدة ، كما يصاحب الدراسة العمل البحثي المكثف بالإضافة إلى حضور عدد من ورش العمل المتخصصة والدورات والندوات العلمية.
•  يحق للطالب بعد اجتيازه المقررات بنجاح وبمعدل تراكمي لا يقل عن 75% تسجيل رسالة الماجستير والتى تعدها الأكاديمية متطلباً أساسياً للتخرج في مسار الرسالة.
• يتعين على الطالب نشر انتاج علمي واحد في مجلة علمية محكمة في التخصص خلال فترة الدراسة في البرنامج
