Training
The Academy has worked to meet the growing needs of workers in the banking, finance, and business sectors to acquire skills and competencies that are constantly and rapidly changing, in line with the revolution of services and products in the financial and banking industry. It has taken into account the increasing reliance on advanced technology, the diversity of markets, and the current and future needs. The Academy has trained over 30,000 trainees at all levels in all fields from the Arab world. In light of this, the Academy aims to develop its training activities and provide all training services to workers in the financial, administrative, and banking sectors.
Since its inception, the Academy has worked with sound planning to build strategic relationships with the most prestigious international institutes and specialized institutions in the field of financial, banking, administrative, and service training. The aim is to ensure the Academy’s effective contribution to the continuous process of developing training programs, covering various sectors, updating and developing scientific material. Examples of these institutes and institutions are the American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM), the Institute of Certified Bankers (ICB), the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), the Institute for Public-Private Partnership (IP), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the General Arab Insurance Federation (GAIF), the General Council for Islamic Banks and Financial Institutions – Bahrain, the European Banking Training Network (EBTN), the German Cooperative Academy (ADG), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and other Arab and international agreements.
