Admission and Registration Guide

The mission: “The Master’s Program in Accounting aims to achieve scientific and professional leadership in the accounting field locally and across the Arab world.”

Admission and Registration Requirements:

To be admitted into the Master’s Program in the Department of Accounting and Finance, the applicant must hold:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree with at least a ‘Good’ grade from the following faculties: Commerce and Economics, Administrative, Financial and Banking Sciences, or Administrative Sciences (with completion of remedial courses if required).

2.or a Higher Diploma from the Arab Academy for Administrative, Financial, and Banking Sciences with a minimum average of 75%, provided that the student’s Bachelor’s degree grade is not ‘Pass.

3.A commitment to comply with the Academy’s rules, regulations, and instructions in force during the study period.

Study Plan:

  • The Master’s program consists of 30 credit hours, accompanied by intensive research work in addition to attending a number of specialized workshops, courses, and scientific seminars.After successfully completing the courses with a cumulative average of no less than 75%, the student is entitled to register for the Master’s thesis, which the Academy considers a fundamental requirement for graduation in the thesis track.

    The student is required to publish one scientific work in a peer-reviewed journal in the field during the period of study in the program.
